Images are not opening in lightbox

Hi, i am using cck fields and i have image content type which has a file upload for images. I had configured lightbox2 version 6.x.1.9. The images are not opening in lightbox window. I have austin theme. Is there any other things to be configured in the theme for images to be opened in lightbox.
