I search existing issues and didn't find anything about support for "product features" in Views - are there any such plans? There are several use-cases, for example, using a Relationship to build a view of all the products which have one/more "product features" - such as a downloadable file.

It could be done, although each feature stores extra data in its own way, so would probably need individual support. See also #651070: File Downloads module support

Thanks for the quick response! I'll see whether the client wants to pay extra for those additional integrations, in which case I can maybe contribute some code back. I was planning on using Views together with uc_node_access, realizing, however, that it seems that that module is not very well maintained atm we might end up with a totally different route altogether.
