connecting database with server material

i hav uploaded my drupal material to remote server,,,and database to phpmyadmin,,correctly,,,it sys all your tables are imported correctly
now when i open my site ,it says this service is unavailaible,white when i just put a simple html file to the server it runs correctly,,,
help me out of this

i hav to do something else,except uploading drupal and database...plz help me
