The module description states that the node reference: select widget is supported. After installing, it' looks like the autocomplete widget does not seem to be supported.

However, when opening nodereference.node_widget in the modules folder (sites\all\modules\node_widget\modules\), I see 'nodereference_autocomplete' commented out. If I remove the commenting (//), Node Widget looks like it does support the node reference autocomplete widget. I was able to succesfully create a node using node reference auto complete widgets within a node using the Node Widget.

Why is this functionality not available by default? I suppose there must be a catch, a hard to fix issue I didn't come across yet? More information please.

Fantastic work RaF007!

I added 'noderefcreate_autocomplete' to the array and this module seems to be working with noderefcreate as well.

i noticed the same thing here, can anyone give information on why this has been done?
(also found the commented line in the beta4 version)
