help.module contains outdated information

When I changed the string for http://drupal.org/node/103946, I didn't notice that the contents of the string are completely outdated. Due to CCK Part 1 in core and the info files, parts of the string aren't true anymore. We'll have to regenerate translation templates anyway with this string changed, so we can change it once more.
