Problem:
Image content is send to client as text instead of image-file when selecting a new image with img_assist (img_assist/thumbs/img_assist_browser/all) or when accessing a page that contains an image added with img_assist.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit admin/settings/image
2. Create a new image-size with a name containing a slash (e.g. "1/3").
3. Upload an image.

I'm not seeing the connection between the problem and the steps.

Do the steps also cause a problem with the image node itself? If not, please could you move this to the img_assist module, which would be where it belongs if that case.
