Hello,

I think about develop new module for Drupal calling RMA.
RMA ( Return merchandise authorization ) when sold stuff fail, then cusomter is return to company for repair ....

1. I won't double any job so first question is - does any RMA module already exists for Drupal ?
2. If nobody create yet, the next my question is- what is most common used sell/shop module in Drupal to let me cover as many as possible people demands as possible ?

Maybe somebody has already current demand so then i can focus on some real Drupal user demands.
Generally i'm developing from overt 4 years internal ERP but think it's time to share experience with community for the best CMS like Drupal is.

Been doing some search on this RMA module in drupal and it seems that does not exists, even a year after you have posted this comment. I wanted to ask you did you ever get around to get this RMA module done, and get information from anyone who help you out - I would be ever grateful if you got anything you could share?
