I think better to include content types by default if appropriate module checked. For example, if I enable XML sitemap node types, it should include all node types from start, and allow to exclude later.

Second thing is UI problem on admin/settings/xmlsitemap/settings : I need to go to content types and then enable every type as "included" after module installation. Better to make a link from word "included" and "excluded" to admin/content/node-type/[blog,book,page] respectively. Or, if possible, switch "included" and "excluded" for every content type directly from admin/settings/xmlsitemap/settings page.

Title: Included/Excluded link and default value » Unified management of xmlsitemap settings
Component: User interface » xmlsitemap_node.module

Although I don't necessarily agree that the default should be "include", I do think it would be useful to manage these settings -- at least for nodes -- from a single page. Visiting to the content type edit for of each content type just to set the value on these two fields is horribly annoying, time consuming, and tedious.

Yes, this would be a duplicate UI, but I don't think that's a bad thing in this case.

New features need to be developed for Drupal 7 version. This is postponed until we get a real release of the existing code completed.
