Hi, I'm new to Rules module but I have spent several hours reading documentation and searching various posts to try and determine if it is possible to create a rule/action combination that will send an email with attachment to a new user upon user account creation.

So far I have determined that it is possible to trigger an email action upon user creation, but I have not found anything that speaks to the inclusion of an attachment with that email.

I have also looked trough the list of Rules-integrated modules and found nothing that lends itself to the desired capability.

Is it possible to use Rules/actions to perform the desired function?

Any assistance is appreciated.

Not with the module itself, but if a module provides appropriate actions for that it would work. Candidates for something are always modules that already do some of that stuff, e.g. a module that already generates PDF could add such an action.
