YouTube provides it's own unique URL shortener (youtu.be). I t may be a good idea to support that url for embedding videos.

Example The video BElow has the following addresses provided by Youtube.

LONG: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bh-BwFNNAGc
SHORT: http://youtu.be/bh-BwFNNAGc

Currently the short address isn't supported.

The following patch adds that url pattern to the hook emvideo_PROVIDER_extract function (emvideo_youtube_extract).
