The Mailchimp API allows the user to specify whether a double opt-in confirmation message should be sent to a subscriber, but the EMF plugin explicitly disables this. This feature should be enabled or configurable by the site administrator.

This patch is a (probably bad) first attempt at adding a checkbox for this option to the list configuration form and using the saved option in the Mailchimp plugin.
