Unsubscribe

I wrote a simple module tracker2_unsubscribe.
It allows users with appropriate permission to unsubscribe from tracking nodes which they currently track by clicking a link on these nodes.

It seems that Tracker2 project is not currently maintained, so I put the code in additional module, but I think this feature is supposed to be included in tracker2 module.
