Issue Summary
It appears that setting the 'shippable' var on the uc_node_checkout product, associated with the Ubercart product class, has no effect on whether or not Ubercart thinks the node to be purchased is shippable or not.
It makes all uc_node_checkout products shippable, regardless of setting on the node edit form for the uc_node_checkout master product.

I have a patch that fixes this coming.
