Does anyone know what might be going on with my SimpleNews installation? Here's the problem:
It looks like it's installed just fine because I can go to Administer/Newsletter and I see the tabs to configure it. I can change the settings, review the drafts that I've sent and send a test email from the draft but I can't subscribe anyone to the newsletters. I also can't add newsletters. With both the 'import subscribers' and the 'add newsletters' tab, it appears like it is letting me add subscribers or newsletters but the end result is nothing is added. No error message either.
Is there some configuration somewhere that needs to be tweaked in order to let this thing function completely? Weird.
Thank you in advance for any and all help on this...I'm so close to implementing the site I can smell the finish line. [not sure that metaphor really works :P) ]

Incompatibility with Categories module
Other posts indicate this is a Categories module problem. I'm awaiting a fix before I can get Simplenews working.
