I'm using the most current dev release (Dec 30 2010). FlexMLS has unique allowed value codes per property class, regardless that the field name is the same (e.g. LIST_39, which is city) and regardless that the text values are identical (e.g. "Tillamook"). PIRETS appears to only obtain the allowed values for the first property class. Any other property classes will store a code (e.g. "JC82L8C2" or something similar) instead of a text value, and observing the allowed CCK values proves it. In the attached file, the CCK allowed should have several duplicated city names, each with a separate unique code (e.g. "JC82L8C2").
Just out of curiousity, is this an issue on any other MLSes you have encountered? Any simple workaround? I'm thinking of going into phpMyAdmin (since PIRETS disables modifying the CCK fields) and populating the CCK allowed values with the other options.
