Is there any way to select which vocabularies are used for theming links?

I use a number of vocabularies on my site, some of them to "structure" the site itself (for example by assigning articles to "Rubrics" on the front page, some of them as tags for articles. The trouble is, all the links form all the vocabularies get themed on the node display, and what I would really like is some way of selecting which vocabularies should be used when theming links, and which are not. Is there a simple way of doing this (something like a list of vocabularies with checkboxes for example)?
