Hi there,

I need to upgrade my Drupal 4.6.3 site - perhaps to 4.7, perhaps to 5.0, depending on what the best option is. I could probably do it myself, but I'm not totally sure, so I'm not going to try. The site is my business, so a lot is riding on it for me, and I'd rather have a Drupal expert talk and walk me through it. I will pay. I doubt it would take more than 2 hours total, and it should be really easy, because almost nothing has been modified on the site. I really need to do this, as I just can't move forward with several site developments without an upgrade. I'm posting this instead of contacting folk because there are many who won't take on a job for just a couple of hours - so for those of you who are willing to just spend a little time with me on the phone, I will be very thankful! Hi Terri,

1) Make a backup of your old site both files and database (for historical reasons also?) and then upload the new Drupal code exactly here the old site's files were.
2) Login as admin.
3) Visit update.php and follow the upgrade process.

If you havent modified Drupal (which is what you've stated) then it should be as simple as that.
