Let's say a site admin wishes to build upon community that already exists in an irc room?

For example, developers working on a particular issue or social groups for subcultures, like gay, vegetarian, animal rights, spiritual groups, etc.

There may be a network wide room such as #vegan but it would be helpful if users from a particular site could show up with a suffix or prefix that would let others know where they come. For example, all users entering #vegan from my site may have a "-hi" suffice or "hi-" prefix added to their user names by the qwebirc module.

Maybe the qwebirc module could be configured to highlight those users from a particular area (geo modules), with a particular pre/suffix, or coming from a particular domain / site, or some combination of the above.
