Hi, I added 2 referral sources to my list. They both are displayed in the list, but if the user selects the first option (which was selected by default), it does not get saved.

The other field and other option both get saved with no issue.

This is fixed by the patch on : http://drupal.org/node/1124096 as well as in my sandbox version:

Note that this fix is not actually present in stennie's sandbox version. I recommend starting with his sandbox code and applying the referenced patch on top of it.
