CTools AJAX Drupal.CTools.AJAX.commands.scripts and Drupal.CTools.AJAX.commands.css_files commands do not filter out new Object properties/methods which can be added by some 3rd party JS code (I have this issue on page that uses MooTools). Main respond function do not perform this check either.

I have attached patch to fix this problem. Please review.
