When field values contained whitespace that were not normal spaces (e.g. tabs or linebreaks), these weren't quoted, although they should have been. This is now fixed.

Also, I implemented phrase() and an escaping method myself to get around SolrPhpClient's much more expensive variants. It's really time to drop SolrPhpClient altogether …
