Add biography profile field

I would also suggest first and last name fields as a minimum.

Other fields I have been asked for in almost every conference registration form I have seen include:
Company Name
Job Title (Title)
Picture (more and more)
Twitter ID
LinkedIn and/or Facebook profiles
Location (usually city and state)
Website

Perhaps this information is part of the profile after you register for an event, I can't tell in my limited testing as of now.

I got permission from the software author to post this file layout listing from their Filemaker Pro application that supports unconference / *camp type events.

Shows what event planners are looking for in the way of data.

This has been fixed in Drupal 7.
