where 'detailed information' should link to http://drupal.org/node/284 or some such, we instead see '<' linking to nonsense like http://scratch.drupal.org/%3C?%3C#%3C

this may be an artifact of the 4.7.x module running on drupal 5.0, and the unreleased Feature 5.x may have already resolved it.
