Quotation for following work:

1. Upgrade site to Drupal 7.
2. Taxonomy module currently displays all nodes as menu items resulting in very long menu (open any node and check left side menu under label “category”), this needs to be trimmed by showing only 10 most popular stories and 5 random picks on each load (radioactivity module can be used here).
3. Create a mobile friendly version of the site accessible via a subdomain.

With ref. to point 3 above I am not looking for a new mobile theme but want to setup a mobile site using existing themes on a subdomain (should work in harmony with boost module).
