at least not for me ... can anyone confirm that?

- the culprit is Drupal's clearfix properties
- I decided to create my own rule, om-clearfix

fixes:
- revised region.tpl.php not to use its $classes

- Title and Slogan not showing when logo image is turned off
- refactored function for IE conditional css
- formatted comment on regions
- deleted $mission - no longer available
- added version at page_bottom
- fixed breadcrumb

minor css updates

added html.tpl.php, region.tpl.php

some changes in formatting

Corrected bug reported by primerg, I accidentally copied the subtheme of D6 to D7
