Actions Module in 5 RC

Hoping someone can help me out with the Actions Module for 5. The status says "Ported to 5.x by Eaton. Committed Oct 15". However there is no 5.x release available for download, and the HEAD version is older. I am trying to use Voting API Actions, which depends on Actions. So obviously I can't use it yet. A bit confused?

Can someone clarify? Is there somewhere else I should find the Actions 5.x module, or is it not needed in 5.x ??
