You can very easily add a Click-to-Call powered by Ifbyphone to any website, but we do not yet have a specific module ready for Drupal 7.
Even without the module, you can simply copy and paste a few lines of code into he head of your website and in the block where you'd want the click-to-call to appear. For more information, visit our click-to-call page or contact us and our team can walk you through opening and account and setting up a click-to-call.
