Patch: if url is empty, image is not wrapped href tag

Issue Summary

If the url field is left empty a href tag with the path of '/' is wrapped around the image.

This patch prevents the use of the href tag if no url is provided.

The module contains similar code to this patch, no doubt added after this bug was filed. This issue can be closed.
