Social bookmarking site

i am awaiting someone to answer
i want to make a site which is just a bookmarking site.
it should faciliate users to come on the site, login, put their links with title and description, and there should be a voting system and link with maximum votes should be appear on home page. and rest should be in published and upcoming.
i tried service links module, drigg, etc but i couldn't get what i want. may be i didn't configured them properly
please suggest me some other modules or any guide if available.
