Cloud Zoom script allows title to be displayed on top of zoomed image (see http://www.professorcloud.com/mainsite/cloud-zoom.htm "Optional Title Text").
Though in dev version of cloud zoom module the settings, including "display title", were exposed, the title was not rendered due to a small bug in the code. This patch fixes that. It is against 6-1.x-dev version of cloud_zoom.module

Marking this as fixed. It will need to be ported to 7.x - however I will make a separate task for porting the (eventual) 6.x-1.1 to 7.x as there is a LOT of work in 6.x.
