The install profile enables the login destination module, but it is not configured properly, either by the install profile or any of the pft specific modules (basic or user interface).

This should be set in the pft_uipe module (user interface).

Added login_destination module dependency to pft_uipe module, added only those exported variables to strongarm for that module, and enabled strongarm include within the module.

Tested with fresh install.
