Inserting popup elements in a block to link to views

Hi,

I'm trying to insert a popup up element (link to a view display) in a custom block. The interface provides me with the option "insert popup element" in the block body and then i can select my view name from type, but the display option which is available that will let me select the desired display of the view i created is empty. When I insert the element, the code that "insert popup element" option generates in the block body has display=null, I tried to change it to the views display i desired to link and select popup as an input format for the block but it does not work when i view the block. The only option that works when i select the whole block as a popup by selecting the option of "Display this block as a popuppopup" and will link the block title to the popup window when i view the block in the sidebar. What I want to achieve is to create link/s in the block body that will link to or open other views blocks as popups. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
