Multiple Taxonomy Terms Token

I am trying to get multiple taxonomy terms assigned to a node to appear automatically in the node title. I have installed "Automatic Nodetitles" and see that there's a "[term]" token for the "Name of top taxonomy term". I would like, however, a token that would provide "Name of all taxonomy terms" that would return something like "Apple, Orange, Grape, Peach". I'd also like this new token to be available to "Page Title Field" so that I can also use it for the page title.

I figured that I could use the "Custom Tokens" module to accomplish this, but can't seem to get the code together to accomplish what I want. I've already done a lot of searching and can't seem to find anything of any help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
