Cleanup: Move templates to subdirectory

In order to keep things tidy, it would be fine to move all templates to a subdirectory '/templates'.
However, CVS is very bad in tracking renamed and moved files, so we'd better wait two more weeks until the repository is moved to git, so we don't lose the files' history. Patch will then be provided.
