Release notes

Initial release for 7.x Drupal core. Major changes include:

1) Abandoned ExtJs in favor of jQuery UI that ships with Drupal 7 core, to avoid having to install an external library.
2) Switched to jQuery UI Star Rating Widget (by Orkan) from Saeven's ExtJs rating extension.

The module is stable to be used for production.
