This module adds some much need paypal integration into Ubercart, however there are a number of features and upgrades I would love to see implemented. I would definitely be willing to sponsor this module in order to see it updated to support Drupal 7 as well as implement a number of much needed new features.

Here's a quick run-through of what I think would take this module to the next level:

*Support for "subscription upgrades". If a user is already subscribed for $19/month and wants to upgrade to a $25/month, the button will automatically adjust to show the subsidized price for the remainder of the subscription period.

*Drupal 7 support

*Additional miscellaneous features

I second this request. I'd love to see this module work with D7.

The only functionality I need is for this module to listen for PayPal WPS IPN messages and update user roles based on subscription status. Is there any hope of a D7 update, or must I scrap D7 and install D6 in order to get this functionality?

I've been using the D5 version since sponsoring that original version. I'd like to completely skip D6 and upgrade to D7, but without this module I can't do that. I'll contact Joe to see where he's at on tackling this project; I'd definitely welcome additional sponsorship, since the cost to date has been a bit more than I originally anticipated. BTW, a shout out to pasada for his help on that front.

Nyhm, updating user roles is built in; you just need to use Workflow-ng (D5) or Rules (D6) to act on the subscription creation.

I don't plan on updating this to Drupal 7. I haven't been doing work with Ubercart or Drupal Commerce recently.

Does anyone have any plans to port this to D7 UC3? I'm compiling a list of Ubercart related modules and trying to get an idea of what still needs to get ported over.

arithmetric is the lone developer who worked on this. He indicated last September that he would not be porting it to D7.

What did you guys do for Drupal 7 ? Did you find this feature somewhere else? Did you change your payment process? Does anyone know if this is achievable with the Commerce module?
