How sould batch be worked with cron?

We tried to harvest 200,000 data into Drupal Toolkit and it does not work successfully. See the attached file.
So we would like to make a batch by running a cron job.
(Data updating requires this process, Doesn't it?)
Is our cron running in a wrong way? The activities shown in the attached file is what we are trying to do in the cron.
We need your suggestion how to create the cron to make the batch done successfully.
