a small modification of book.module for this site

I have write this theme (based on the old Goofy theme) with a funny sitename title.
Perhaps, i will put this in the theme section for download, if I receive some good echos !

This site, www.design-virtuel.com ,is about the new technologies of displays (flat screens, videoprojectors, ...) for the architecture and interior design. (in french, but some posts are in english).

For this site, I have made a small modification of book.module : the book-navigation and the sons-links of each node are splitted from the node. It's just for the esthetic, but I don't know if it's possible to do that with a theme.
_{I've put the html-code of the book-navigation in a new variable of node, $node->book_nav, and I retrieve this html-code in the theme-node function of my theme.}
