Since we have identical page/story types, it would be nice to default page to be more of a static page having it not be promoted and commentable. Really, http://drupal.org/node/104763 should go in first which moves page/story definitions into default.profile. If that gets committed we'll have to re-roll this.

Splitting them up makes them easier to review (especially this late in the release cycle), which increases the chances of this getting in. And, they both really do different things so I think it makes sense for now.
