Importing http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21290881 via the PubMed module leads to notices when viewing the node. The biblio_style_X files refer to elements like$node->biblio_contributors[1] for example without checking that they exist.

It seems that when upgrading to D7 release version, the error display on my devel machine got turned off, which now explains why I wasn't seeing any warning messages arhg :-(

Once all the bugs are shaken out of CiteProc, I'm not going to maintain the "old" styles anymore, and they will be removed.
