Private Investigator site?

Anybody know of a drupal site for private investigators?

I may be building such a site soon, and I just want to get some ideas.

Do you have a requirement list? I can recommend you few modules.. Depending on what you need there may or may not be a need for custom module dev.

What about all he has mentioned and including arrest records and complaints with groups in heirarchy and case investigations. Can that be done?
