Since this creates a new 'Autocreate Node Reference' Type for CCK, this becomes incompatible with 'Node Reference' modules, like Corresponding Node Reference. Perhaps instead you could keep the 'Node Reference' Type and add a new Form Element.

Although it cannot be used to suit my purposes because of this problem, it still is a very well thought out module. Well done.
