I'm not able to create the same access rules in both email & name access rules? For example, if I want to restrict %dumb% I can only added to one of them not both.

It's not fixed in 4.5.0 or 4.5.1. I'm still not able to add the same access rules in both email & name access rules. I just upgraded from 4.4.x. Should I recreate the 'access' database table?
