Revised help copy for the handbook "Path" page (drupal.org/handbook/modules/path)

Attached is a revised version of the Path help page in the handbook.

• It simplifies the English, fixes some errors in composition, and makes things clearer.
• It makes the various administration pages for the path module easier to find in context.

It is up to date for Drupal 5.0.
