I get this on every page where I have my custom search block.

Notice: Undefined index: custom_search_paths in custom_search_form_alter() (line 281 of /home1/underth4/public_html/utss/sites/all/modules/custom_search/custom_search.module).

Okay, I've found the cause, and just commited fix to the DEV version.
