the schema module reports:
captcha_points

actual: array('description' => t('TODO: beschreibe dieses Feld!'), 'type' => 'varchar', 'length' => '128', 'not null' => TRUE)

as you see:
'default' => ''
is not possible with MySQL.

so please remove line 22 of captcha.install (version 6.x-2.4; // $Id: captcha.install,v 1.11.2.8 2011/02/03 23:43:56 soxofaan Exp $)

Same issue here as the original report - schema module reports a mismatch unless the 'default'=>'' is removed.

@all: what database are you using: version, storage engine, ...?

For me it's Pressflow + MySQL 5.5 + InnoDB.
