I have a photo gallery that is functional, but the thumbnails have gone awry.

They are not showing in the list as expected - they are going to multiple rows, and there is no way to scroll through the thumbnails.

Also, when I am making changes to the jCarousel in the Galleria settings, they are being completely ignored.

Help?

Hey Paul,
I was facing the same issue then I tried the solution given on http://drupal.org/node/984852#comment-3949404 and the jCarousel started taking effect.
Though it's not taking theme effects properly but at least it's taking jCarousel effects.
