is there any possibility to display an additional tab on the blocked host?
and is there any ability to remove them or I have to manually delete them from the database

I would also like to have this. I *thought* "Access rules" (admin/user/rules) would list the IPs but I've had numerous cases where only flushing the whole "event tracking information" in the settings page would work, because some IPs would be blocked even though they were not in the access rules.
