When attempting to use the bulk site task form the follow warning shows up:

warning: Parameter 3 to _hosting_sites_batch_process() expected to be a reference, value given in /var/aegir/hostmaster-0.4-beta2/includes/batch.inc on line 190.

The attached patch fixes this.
