Hi guys,

Should we be entering the Sagepay encryption password anywhere?

We are having a problem whereby it after checkout on the review page we click go (should take us to sagepay to pay) but it does not. It goes to Checkout page.

We have seen the fix to this before with regards to openssl and our hosts tell us this is already done.

Can anyone suggest something we might be missing?

Vendor name etc is filled in and tried it on both test and live and nothing.

Have you checked the Drupal log (admin/reports/dblog) for errors from SagePay? On the SagePay server have you added the IP address of your website?
